We welcome you to our heart project, a place where we talk to each other and listen to you, thus creating our special dialogue. The kind of dialogues that remain in the heart, even if only for a moment.
We engage each client for a personal experience that is comfortable, relaxing, and educational.
The bond with our city, Brescia, has always been indissoluble; together with his entire community, the artisans, his fellow bar tenders. And this place of the heart gave us the inspiration to conceive an environment that was welcoming, unique and personal at the same time: in our restaurant we have a sakura, the Japanese cherry tree with wonderful flowers. A tree that blooms and fades in a few days, a symbol of fragility, of course, but also of rebirth. We chose it to express our warmth and closeness to the cities of Brescia and Bergamo, after the dark period that hit them. The sakura has a brief but extremely powerful flowering: a unique, strong, communicative emotion - when you enter our restaurant you must feel pampered, cared for, welcomed, to take away "the emotion of flowering".
We proudly carry forward a new concept, a philosophy revisited according to our principles. In an exclusive environment with attention to detail, we focus on quality, carefully selecting wines and spirits, with which the cocktails are created, up to the interior design and background music.
When you enter Dialogue, here in our home, every guest is guided: we accompany you in choosing our drinks along a path made of flavors and emotions, energy, life stories, falls and victories.
Every single ingredient enjoys the utmost care, so that the experience is unique, like our drinks: seemingly unlikely combinations amaze and accompany you on a journey of memories and sensations, snapshots of memory that resurface to pamper you.
The ability of our mixologists, in fact, comes from a delicate phase of research and experimentation. In-depth knowledge of the ingredients is at least as fundamental as the audacity of inspiration to create original recipes and give life to an all-encompassing drinking experience, which interests all the senses in a few moments, to try and tell.
And we feed on this, intense moments in which to celebrate the love for our work.
